Hey BettrNation family! We hope you were able to witness (at least a part of) that classic game on Monday Night 🤯 (And no, we aren’t talking about the Chiefs-Commanders game, which resulted in a (not-so-surprising) dominating win by Patty Mahomes and the Chiefs.) We are talking about that 1️⃣8️⃣-inning, instant classic between the Dodgers and Blue Jays that ended with a Freddie Freeman walk-off home run ⚾ at the bottom of the 18th inning! Despite that crushing loss on Monday night, the Blue Jays have rallied to take a 3-2 series lead and are on the brink of upsetting baseball’s highest paid (and most talented?) team! Speaking of upsets, there are a number of exciting matchups this weekend, including the Texas Longhorns looking to upset the Vanderbilt Commodores (yes, we actually said that 😯 what a crazy world we live in nowadays in 2025!).
We truly are entering the best time of year (in our opinion) with championship 🏆 baseball, the return of basketball 🏀, and of course, meaning football 🏈 games every weekend!
