Here we go, BettrNation family!! The first full weekend of football 🏈 has finally arrived - and we have quite the slate of games to enjoy for this Labor Day weekend! As you’ve probably heard (unless you live under a rock 🪨), Texas - and Heisman Trophy favorite (!) Arch Manning - get the party 🥳 started this weekend with a noon kickoff today against Ohio State. In addition to this marquee matchup, there are a number of compelling games this weekend, including Miami-Notre Dame and Clemson-LSU! Don’t forget about Coach Belichick’s return to the sideline on Monday when North Carolina takes on TCU! (Yea, it still feels weird to think about Bill on a CFB sideline 🙃)

Despite the hype around Week 1️⃣ of the CFB season, the NFL stole the headlines once again this week with the blockbuster trade of Micah Parsons to the Green Bay Packers! Despite his (ever increasing) age, apparently Jerry Jones is willing to stock up on draft picks, presumably with the hope of being more competitive a few years from now (🤔). Now, I guess the right question is whether Dak, Ceedee and George Pickens can keep up with the Eagles high-flying 🦅 offense in next week’s NFL Kickoff Game! (Given that Patty Mahomes couldn’t keep up with Philly in the Super Bowl, we aren’t too optimistic about Dak’s chances of doing so.)
